The operator of the facility herewith excludes any and all liability connected to the damages and costs arising with illegal use of the amount credited to the watch that is lost or stolen.

8. Should a Guest lose the watch entitling him or her to use the services while inside the Bath Complex, he or she shall pay a watch replacement charge of HUF 2,000.00. In addition, the unused portion of the freely usable amount topped up in advance will not be refunded.

The watch thus “relieved from debt” may be dropped in the exit gate and the Guest may leave the premises.
