Rules of the House

 

The fitness centre Napfényfitness is operated by Hunguest Hotels Zrt. (1015 Budapest, Hattyú utca 14., trade register number cg: 01-10-140409).

The purpose of the Rules of the House is to determine the way in which persons (using the services and other users) staying in the area of the fitness centre Napfényfitness (henceforward referred to as the "Complex") are expected to behave with each other and the fundamental rules essential to be followed in order to be able to provide the civilised services at a high standard.

Furthermore, these Rules specify the requirements not set forth in other regulations relating to the proper use, preservation of the condition and safe operation of the fitness centre Napfényfitness.

  1. GENERAL RULES

    The area of the Complex may only be used in accordance with its function. The users of the Complex may not violate either any effective legal regulation or provision, or the Rules of the House.
    1. Children under 14 are not allowed to be staying in the area of the Complex.

    1. In the area of the Complex it is FORBIDDEN to:

      1. smoke and drink alcoholic beverages;

      1. perform any activity other than those belonging the scope of activities of the Complex, being in contravention to any legal regulation or violating public morality;

      1. perform any other activity entailing strong noise, odour or any other environmental harm;

      1. consume in the entire area of the Complex any narcotic drugs or forbidden stimulants, to perform any activity related to their abuse and to take there any hazardous materials and/or objects (explosives, pyrotechnical devices, weapons), beverages and animals;

      1. perform, without the permission of the operator, any commercial activity or to produce any advertising or promotional materials (to place out advertising boards, A-boards, posters and fliers), to produce any audio and image materials, to provide any services of games of chance and music.

    1. Only persons having the proper qualification, registered with and authorised by the operator of the facility are entitled to perform any sports-related, teaching and training activity in the entire area of the Complex.

 

  1. The sports and catering services of the Complex can only be used within the normal opening hours of the Complex (except other occasions, when such use does not violate any legal regulation and is preliminarily permitted by the operator).

 

  1. General opening hours of the Complex:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Sunday and Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

 

  1. Guests using the services of the Complex must, with a view to the closing times, leave the area of the fitness room 15 minutes before closing.

  1. The following may only be placed in the area of the Complex based on the permission of the operator:

    1. game machines, toys, other machines serving the guests, decorative lighting, electronic devices for public use, etc.

    1. other ornamental elements (decorations, plants)

    1. advertising, promotional, publicity materials and fliers.

  1. In case the operator prepares or causes to be prepared any advertising material (motion pictures or photographs) in the area of the Complex for presenting and promoting its activities and services for any purpose and any of the guests also appears on such materials, then such guest may have no claim against the operator regarding appearing on the advertising material.

  1. The operation keeps a database of guests using the sports services of the Complex. The operator is entitled to refuse providing its affected services to guests partly or completely refusing providing the requested data. The operator exclusively uses the data of the guests for the purposes of its own records and may not disclose such data to any third party to any extent whatsoever.

  1. In the interest of the secure operation of the Complex the operator's entitlement to make observations extends to the entire area of the Complex, with particular regard to the areas used by guests, the mode and extent of using the services and in general to the order of the Complex.

  1. In case of any irregularity (violation of the regulations of the present Rules of the House and of the generally accepted rules of conduct) the person violating the rules will be given a warning. If this proves to have no result, the operator is entitled to request the guest to leave and to exclude such guest temporarily or definitively from among its members. In cases exceeding its authority to act, the operator is entitled to ask for the help of the police or any other official agency whose instructions must be followed by every person affected. Excluded violators may have no claim whatsoever against the operator (in particular it is not possible to redeem the price of occasions not used).

  1. All guests must abide by the rules relating to preserving orderliness and cleanliness in the entire are of the Complex and it is a fundamental expectation to respect other guests and to behave in a civilized manner.

  1. The operator of the Complex does not assume any liability either for any injury of any guest or any damage to any valuables occurring in the area of the Complex if such injury or damage arises out of the non-observation of the Rules of the House or the irresponsible conduct of guests, or for any objects or devices lost or appropriated.

  1. Guests must hand over at the reception desk of the Complex any objects found, such cases being always documented.

  1. Guests use the services and devices and participate in trainings upon their own responsibility and at their own risk.

  1. For providing first aid for persons having suffered an accident in the area of the Complex a room suitably equipped for such purposes is available in the area of the Complex. The operator takes minutes on every accident.

  1. A closed-circuit video surveillance system operates in the entire area of the Complex.

  1. Guests accept the operation of the admission and operation system functioning in the area of the Complex and they must use said system in a proper manner.

  1. Any extraordinary event taking place in the area of the Complex must be reported the person first noticing it at the reception desk without any delay. Subject to the extraordinary event, the following must be notified forthwith:

  1. The present Rules of the House can be modified or supplemented by the operator at is option, about which it informs the guests of the Complex by displaying the modified Rules of the House.

  1. The operator of the Complex reserves the right to organise private events in the entire area or in certain parts of the Complex, excluding the general sphere of guests.

  1. The present Rules of the House of the Complex are freely available and can be read at the reception desk of the Complex by all guests using the services.

  1. Using the services means the automatic acceptance of the Rules of the House.

 

  1. SPECIAL RULES

    1. Sports areas may exclusively be accessed in appropriate and dry sports outfit and clothing suitable for the sports activity that can be performed in the given sports area. Due to the hazard of accidents it is expressly forbidden to use any part of the Complex in wet clothing (bathing suit).

    1. Guests are kindly requested not to use their mobile phones while using the services.

 

RECEPTION DESK

 

  1. The sports areas of the Complex may only be accessed with a valid daily fitness ticket or season fitness ticket.

  1. Upon their first visit, all guests must fill in an entrance declaration at the reception desk and hand over to the receptionist a document suitable for personal identification (e.g. personal identification card, driver's licence, etc.). With the data sheet guests accept the provisions of the Rules of the House and acknowledge that the observation of these rules is controlled by the employees of the facility.

  1. For changing clothes the operator provides a locker in the changing room suitably developed for this purpose for each sex.

  1. When leaving, guests must return to the reception desk any devices (sports equipment, etc.) they received upon entering the facility. Guests assume material liability towards the operator for the devices they received upon entering the facility.

  1. Fees payable for the sports services have to be paid in advance upon entrance.

  1. If a season ticket expires, no remaining occasions and amounts of money can be carried forward to the next season ticket.

 

FITNESS ROOM

 

  1. Foods MUST NOT be taken into the fitness room!

  1. Any drinks may only be taken into the fitness room in flasks or bottles closed with safety caps.

  1. You may only enter and do exercises in the fitness room in clean sports clothing fit for the exercise (sports shoes, undershirt, T-shirt, top, trunks). Doing exercises in flip-flops, sandals or barefoot is not allowed in the interest of preventing the risk of accidents. For hygienic reasons you must not wear any street shoes!

  1. Guests may exclusively use the training machines and devices properly, in accordance with their physiques and physical conditions and at their own responsibility.

  1. After using the machines all users have to leave them at their original places and they have to put the devices back to their designated storage places.

  1. It is suggested that towels are used when using certain devices (e.g. lying benches).

  1. Room trainers help and control using the devices. The advice given by room and personal trainers are aimed, among others, at preventing accidents, so you are kindly requested to take the advice of these professionals into account.

 

AEROBIC ROOMS

 

  1. There are no fixed places for group classes; arriving guests can take the free places.

  1. For spinning and other special classes (about which you can be informed at the reception desk) you have to make a reservation in advance. At the moment of the beginning of the class the reservation will be void if the guest comes to the class late.

  1. You may only enter and do exercises in the aerobic room in clean sports clothing fit for the exercise (sports shoes, undershirt, T-shirt, top, trunks). Doing exercises in flip-flops, sandals or barefoot is not allowed in the interest of preventing the risk of accidents. For hygienic reasons you must not wear any street shoes!

  1. In respect of guests arriving after the beginning of the class (later than 10 minutes from the beginning) the trainer is entitled to refuse their joining the class in the interest of preventing the risk of accidents and disturbing other guests.
