House Rules

1. Everyone (Guest, attendant, visitor, tenant, instructor, etc.) may use the Aquapolis and its services and facilities at their own risk. Children under the age of 14 are an exception to this. An adult attendant over the age of 18 is responsible for a child under the age of 14 throughout the Aquapolis.
2. A child under the age of 14 may only visit the Aquapolis under the supervision of an adult attendant and may only use the Aquapolis's services under the constant supervision of the attendant, especially with regard to the pools and slides.
3. The leaders of children's groups are responsible for the safety of life, accidents and property of the group, and for compliance with and enforcement of the rules.
4. The price list and opening hours posted at the main entrance and at the cash desks provide information on the current entrance fees, the prices of services and the opening hours. We will not accept complaints after leaving the cash desks and dispatch desk.
5. Upon purchasing the ticket, each Guest receives a digital watch, valid for the day of purchase, entitling to a single entry, non-refundable and non-transferable, charged according to the selected service, which must be worn on the Guest's wrist throughout the entire Aquapolis. The staff has the right to request the digital watch for inspection at any time during the Guest's stay. In the event of loss of the watch, the Guest is required to pay an additional fee upon exit. 
6. In the case of time-limited ticket types (3-hour ticket, swimming ticket, water sports ticket, fitness room use, etc.), the Guest is required to pay the time-exceeding fee upon leaving the Aquapolis. 
7. In justified cases (e.g. technical reasons, events, adverse weather conditions), the operator is entitled to completely or partially close the Aquapolis - including the closure of individual pools, elevators, and experience elements - due to which Guests are not entitled to assert any compensation or other claims against the operator. 
8. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, infectious patients, patients with convulsive loss of consciousness (e.g. epilepsy), as well as those with unhealed wounds and appearance that does not meet general hygiene conditions, or those suffering from other diseases where bathing is contraindicated, may not visit the Aquapolis and may not use its services. In the event of the above, the Guest may be denied use of the service with immediate effect, especially with regard to the use of slides and saunas. Compliance with the current public health conditions is mandatory.
9. A Guest with a physical and/or mental disability may only use the services of theAquapolis that he/she is unable to use independently with constant supervision of an attendant, or may use them under the sole responsibility of the attendant, especially with regard to the slides, pools and saunas.
10. It is mandatory for all Guests to follow the instructions on the warning signs and pictograms. Furthermore, it is mandatory to follow the instructions of the lifeguard/pool lifeguard when using the slides, pools and all the experience elements that can be used in the spa area.
11. Due to the increased risk of slipping and for hygiene reasons, the use of bath slippers is mandatory in the spa area.
12. In the event of damage to the Aquapolis's equipment, fixtures and fittings or pools (e.g. contamination of the pool water) caused intentionally or through careless behavior, the costs of repair will be borne by the Guest who caused the damage. Parents or adult attendants are responsible for damage caused by children.
13. In case of inadequate swimming skills, the use of the necessary protective equipment is mandatory. The deep water parts of the pools may only be used by those who can swim independently.
14. It is mandatory to shower and use the foot wash basin before entering the pool.
15. The pools and their accessories may only be used for their intended purpose. The Aquapolis is not responsible for accidents and injuries resulting from their improper use.
16. The use of the medicinal pools is contraindicated in: severe heart, circulatory and respiratory failure, incontinence, malignant neoplasms, acute inflammatory diseases, tuberculosis, thrombosis, severe varicose veins, pregnancy, or any other disease for which the use of medicinal water poses a risk.
17. The pools can only be accessed at the designated area, no movement from the side or jumping is permitted. Running in the pool area is prohibited.
18. Children under 3 years of age may only use the children's pool, where the use of a swim diaper is mandatory for children under 3 years of age. For hygiene reasons, adults are not allowed in the children's pool to protect children.
19. Each person can only reserve 1 sunbed. For hygiene reasons, they can only be used lying on a towel.
20. Found objects will be kept by the spa for 3 months.
21. Food and drinks can only be consumed in designated areas.
22. There are only a limited number of sunbeds and loungers available in the spa, and our Guests can use them in the order of arrival. Given the limited number of them, the Operator is not obliged to provide a sunbed or lounger for every Guest. The use of a sunbed or lounger is not included in the purchased admission ticket.
23. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, at a distance of more than 5 meters from the entrance to the pool areas.
24. It is forbidden to store flammable or explosive materials in the Aquapolis, and to operate other electrical devices brought from home.
25. The rules of the Aquapolis apply to Guests and patients receiving medical treatments.
26. The company sets out the detailed operating rules of the Aquapolis, the water supply of the pools, the cleaning and disinfection rules, and the fire safety instructions in the operating rules. Furthermore, the manager of the Aquapolisis obliged to keep and have kept an operating, inspection and damage log.
27. If the Guest arrives by car, the Guest is obliged to park his or her vehicle in accordance with the Napfényfürdő Aquapolis Parking Rules and the regulations applicable to public areas. In case of improper parking, entry to the Aquapolis may be refused.

1. Entering the Aquapolis area (including the pool areas of the adventure bath, as well as the sauna section and pool area of ​​the Forrás Spa) in street shoes or street clothing.
2. Bringing fragile objects into the pool area. Littering.
3. Behaving in a way that endangers one's own physical integrity and that of others, disturbing the peace of bathers and Guests wishing to relax. 
4. Behaving in a manner that violates public morality and public order, violating the rules of coexistence.
5. Leaning over or climbing over the guardrail.
6. Entering areas closed to Guests, using closed equipment and trails. 
7. Use of soap, shower gel, shampoo and other hygiene products in the pool area. (Their use is only permitted in the hygiene shower, i.e. in the changing room).
8. Shaving and cutting nails in the entire area of ​​the Aquapolis (including the changing room).
9. Washing swimwear in the pools. Guests under 14 years of age are not allowed to use the spa pool (except with a valid medical certificate).
10. Bringing any animal into the Aquapolis area (except guide dogs).

1. The sauna may be used by all Guests only at their own risk and in awareness of their own health condition. The use of saunas is contraindicated for: people with severe heart, circulatory and respiratory insufficiency, or any other diseases for which the use of saunas poses a risk. 
2. Participation in sauna programs can only be done by presenting a pre-purchased sauna ticket. Guests without a sauna ticket may not stay in the sauna during the sauna program.
3. Showering is mandatory before entering the sauna.
4. The use of the sauna is only permitted with a towel (you must sit on it and place it under your feet).
5. Slippers are not allowed in the sauna.
6. You may only use the sauna in a lying position if the occupancy of the given sauna allows this.
7. It is forbidden to pour alcohol-containing liquids, strong-smelling essences or flammable concentrates directly onto the stove.
8. Pouring can only be done from a tub, using the pouring spoons placed in the tub.
9. Showering is mandatory before using the plunge pool.
10. Children can only visit the sauna from the age of 16.
11. The use of mobile phones is prohibited throughout the sauna.
12. Eating and drinking is prohibited in the sauna.
13. Wearing jewelry is not recommended.

1. The individual slides may only be used in accordance with the instructions on the pictograms (drawings) placed there. In case of difficulties in interpreting the markings, information should be sought from the lifeguard/pool lifeguard who launches the slide about the proper use of the individual slides.
2. During the accident-free use of the slide, according to practice and based on the verbal agreement with the competent authority, no device or object that protrudes from the regular outline of the human body (jewelry, bracelet, necklace, head camera, selfie stick, etc.) may be used for the Guest's own benefit during the slide. The use of the slides is contraindicated: in case of severe heart, circulatory and respiratory failure, musculoskeletal diseases, spinal disorders or any other disease in which the use of water slides poses a risk. 
3. The slides can only be used by those under 14 years of age who can swim independently. The adult accompanying the guest over 18 years of age is responsible for the swimming skills of the Guest using the slide. The slides with a deep-water arrival pool can only be used by those who can swim independently. The guest over 14 years of age is responsible for the swimming skills. The exception to this is those arriving with an escort for official or health reasons, in which case the escort is responsible for the swimming skills of the Guest over 14 years of age.
4. All guests of the Aquapolis can only use the slides if they are over 140 cm tall. The exceptions are the slides designated for children. Children between 130-140 cm tall can use the slides with parental consent, a parental responsibility statement and in the presence of the parent.
5. You can only start sliding on the slides if the slide guard or the green signal has given permission.

1. Slides may only be used in the direction of travel.
2. It is prohibited to climb onto the slide from below or from the side.
3. Do not bring any objects that could cause injury or any accessories (floating rings, mattresses, swimming goggles, slippers, towels, etc.) into the slides.
4. Slide in pairs (except for family slides), standing, on your stomach, on your knees, squatting and with your back to the direction of travel.
5. After arrival, stay in front of the opening of the slide you are entering.
6. Do not enter a slide that is not in operation.

1. Forrás Spa is only open to Guests over the age of 16. 
2. All Guests may use spa treatments at their own risk and in full awareness of their own health status, as well as with proper personal hygiene. Please arrive for treatments in good health, and if you experience any symptoms (fever, cough, headache, etc.), please notify us and request another appointment. 
3. A prior appointment is required in all cases to use spa treatments. Appointments can be made in person at the spa reception, by phone at +36 62 566 499, or in writing by e-mail to wellness@napfenyfurdoaquapolis.com. 
4. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your pre-arranged treatment so that preparation time does not take away from the treatment.
